For bookings made more than one month in advance, 50% of the payment will be made at the time of booking and the remaining 50% one month before the reservation.
For bookings made less than one month in advance, 100% of the payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation
For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the reservation, a date change can be made within 6 months following the reservation, provided availability permits and the rates applicable at the time of the new selected dates will apply.
Cancellations that occur at a later date will result in the loss of any payments made up to that point.
Deposit
Reservations require a deposit to be made prior to check-in. This will be refunded upon departure if there are no damages to the property or additional expenses incurred during the stay.
The deposit will be €1,000.
In the case of stays for events or celebrations, the deposit will vary depending on the number of people and the type of event. In the event of damage, an assessment will be made, and the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Number of people in the reservation
Formalizing the reservation implies a commitment from the guests not to accommodate more people than those originally booked. The house is provided with all beds made to ensure the experience is as welcoming as possible, but no more beds than those booked may be used. In the event that the occupancy exceeds the number of guests booked, Casa Langre will deduct the additional cost for extra guests (depending on the season) from the deposit paid at the time of the reservation.
